Bathroom Cladding Direct

Bathroom Cladding Direct is aiming to be the #1 seller for Bathroom Cladding in the UK. That’s the vision that Phil has and Alan and I set to work to ensure that the site was well designed and was capable of meeting Phil’s requirements.

Phil can upload new products and edit and delete existing. He can add information, change prices & add images. He also receives a notice for each order and the customer receives an invoice. Phil can also change the order to being ‘shipped’ when he has sent it out and the customer will receive confirmation.

There is also an element of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as Phil is able to view the details of the customer and if they have signed up for marketing he can take note of their email addresses and get in contact in the future.

The site also allows for ‘free samples’ with an email generated 3 days following their order, asking if the customer likes the sample and if they would like to order the full product!

Payment wise, the site accepts PayPal standard and PayPal Pro. Due to the nature of PayPal Pro (processing the payments without going to Paypal.com) we had to ensure that the correct SSL certificate was setup so the customers’ details were secure when making a payment.
